Recipe for Swedish Meatballs

Ingredients

500 gram minced meat
1 onion
1 egg
1 dl breadcrumbs
2 dl milk
Salt
Allspice

How to do it

Mix the breadcrumbs and milk

Mix the minced meat, grated onion, salt and allspice

Mix it all together and add an egg

Roll small balls and  fry them in a frying pan with a lot of butter

Serve with potatoes, lingonberry jam, and gravy
